Pack 900 and Troop 900 spent a great day fishing at the Chatham Wildlife Club.

Cub Scouts (boys and girls) and Troop Scouts cast lines, learned (or practiced) the basics of fishing, and celebrated every catch. The ponds provided plenty of action, and the smiles said it all — especially when a fish came to hand.

Days like this are pure Scouting: time outside, hands-on skills, and shared excitement across ages. Whether it was a first-time angler or a more experienced Scout, everyone had the chance to enjoy the water and the company.

Thank you to the Chatham Wildlife Club for hosting us and to all the parents and leaders who helped make the day run smoothly. Another successful joint outing for Scouts 900!
