Pack 900 held our Pinewood Derby qualifier race at the Goldston Fire Department, and it was a fantastic day of racing!
Cub Scouts (boys and girls) brought their finished cars and competed for the chance to advance to the district race. The fire bay was full of energy as cars flew down the track, dens cheered each other on, and Scouts high-fived after every heat. The firefighters and families who came out made the whole event feel even more special.
These races are always a highlight of the year. From the careful designs that started back at the cutting party to the final runs on race day, it’s a full Scouting experience of creativity, sportsmanship, and excitement.
Congratulations to every Scout who raced and especially to those advancing to districts. Great job representing Pack 900!
